Chef and The Fatman

Chef Erik is starting the segment talking about healthy eating.  Dr. Sean Savedoff is from Renew Health Medicine and works with people to bring their bodies into better health.  He is going to be presenting some recipes that are healthy.

We start this weeks show at Cutters Cigar Emporium in Alpharetta, Georgia.  Erik is here cooking up some good stuff as usual.  Dr. Sean Savedoff is joining us to give us some health eating tips.  Yes, you heard it right . . . Chef Joe s passing out the chowder.  Taste test of sausage results are inconclusive, but they were both good.  Chef Erik has been sipping out of the Diver.  The Diver has unknown amounts of unknown alcohol and is dangerous.  It will sneak up on you.  Visiting with us are some of the BBQ participants.
