Unbelievable beauty of the N. Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds was only equaled by the beauty of the day and the "Smokin" of the Eggs....Chef Fred and Papa were on a roll and the audience "ate them up"...Well done. Hope y'all enjoy it.

What a setting, what a blast the 1st Annual N. Georgia Eggfest in Hiawasee, GA. This is an event that John Hall and a cast of many put on and hundreds enjoyed....Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Hall for a SMOKIN' good time.

This show also has a very special guest who was so busy but took time to share with us a very warm and cordial welcome. The new President elect of the NBBQA Kell Phelps stopped by during our show and really made us feel at home. He was extremely busy as the conference and trade show was going full blast, it really shows the class of the man. Thanks Kell, no wonder you are da man for 2011. Thanks to Sam's Club, Smithfield, Vlasic and the Embassy Suites Golf Resort and Conference Center for their splendid hospitality. Next year San Diego...oh baby, any chance it won't rain....hmmmmmmm?

This show really HIGHLIGHTS a "LEGEND", Mike Mills of the famous 17th St. Bar and Grille in Murphysboro, IL, we also have, thanks to the GREAT FOLKS at Smithfield (Brandy Tobin Brand Mananger), Herschel Walker (second hour) for an entertaining and Eggceptional interview (what a class act and gentleman despite beating Notre Dame in the 80 Sugar Bowl). Also, in this show we highlight the Meat Rake a very cool tool...literally, and an excellent restaurant....Saskatoon (read our review on our home page)! Chef Fred had some GREAT recipes that had the audience begging for more....don't miss this one!!!
