Opening intro to our second show in Israel from the famed Alba restaurant and Chef/Owner Yair Josefi...French influence but Chef Josefi's wonderful touches on classics like calamari and has the basics like the BEST burger we had ever tried. Playful, fun, knowledgeable and entertaining...your in for another Israeli treat!

It truly was an emotional ending for a show...Chef Basson and his wonderful talent and his fun and amusing way formed a bond with our krewe and especially me unlike any chefs I had met before. Chef Basson and Eucalyptus is a special place and we hope you can make it one day! Maybe one day "We will meet in Jerusalem" at Eucalyptus!

The fun and the wonderful way in which Chef Basson's kitchen is run is a real testament to the temperament of the great chefs of Israel...as the culinary jewels continue with Chef Basson's stuffed figs with chicken breasts and covered in a tamarind sauce...out of this world!
