This is a wonderful show showcasing the talents of Executive Chef Greg Herndon and Executive Sous Chef Dennis.  This wonderful Atlanta gem is really starting to regain attention and by listening to the Chefs attitudes, recipes and thoughts alongside tips, you will agree that this is a restaurant to check out.  The Fatman and the Papa of Peppers Mike Stock would like to thank the Epps family of Epps aviation for bringing this wonderful restaurant back.  The GM Tricia Clancy has assisted quite well in bringing back this classic rustic eatery.

2nd hour 2011-3-5 Mardi Gras 2011 Hotel Monteleone w Executive Chef Michael Farrell of Le Meritage

This exciting show has a number of first timers...Chef Fred and the Papa of Peppers take the reigns of the show as the Fatman became seriously ill.  The fun and excitement never missed a beat, Marvelous Marvin of the famous Carousel Bar started things off with some drink creations that ROCKED the audience.  Then Chef and Papa had a first time chef Executive Chef Michael Farrell of Le Meritage and he wowed the audience as did Kevin Durand the F&B director of Le Meritage explaining the French Quarter Wine Festival and then the wonderful Grace Wilson Director of Communications and Marketing of the New Orleans Museum of Art...all with a great and lively Mardi Gras audience.
