This is a WONDERFUL show from the heart of Appalachian mountain Bluegrass and BBQ known as Dillard, GA. We have a couple of specials guests in the first hour....Ginny Youngblood a GREAT friend of the show starts things off with her famous beverage the Pomatini. It is GREAT and Ginny is a 1st timer on the air...you won't be able to tell it. Then we have another VERY SPECIAL guest, Tom Valentine. This special guy is a woodworking preservationist for the National Park Service, restoring and repairing our National Treasures like Lincoln's childhood home and Harper's Ferry, fun entertaining and a very special time couched around Chef Fred's GREAT recipes....
